What makes Asumisvalinta different
Built on official data
Prices and rents come from Statistics Finland by postal code area, interest rates from the European Central Bank, and tax and lending rules from Finnish authorities. Where an area has too few sales, the figure comes from a wider area, and the app says so.
Worked out by a tested engine
Every figure is calculated month by month in a tested calculation engine. The AI assistant fetches its numbers from the same engine and never does the arithmetic itself.
